Individual Type B bracket

Slots required - eg "factory brake line/s, 1x(8an 13.72mm OD), 1 x (6an 10.92mm OD)". Different brands and types have different outside diameter which they should specify on their websites. If you just put 8an, 10an, 6an I can't be sure what size slot to machine. Or if you are just keeping OEM lines, just type that.
